"I attempted to order one item (Google Nest Hub that was on sale online only) for pickup before work so I didn’t have to take my kids into the store for a quick trip. Target kept cancelling my order. After 3 attempts, I reached out to customer service to see what was going on. The first rep, Jameson, said it was being cancelled because of terms and conditions on Target.com but couldn’t tell me what. I was transferred to Daisy, who stated the terms and conditions included trying to buy more than the allowed quantity (I was only trying to buy one), using extra discounts (I only had my Red Card 5% discount), being a reseller (I’m a mom of 4 trying to buy something for my office and have trouble parting ways with the things I already own let along resell them). I was told to go in store to buy it (the one thing I was trying not to do). I was advised that my concern will be escalated and someone will get back to me within 2 business days via email. I requested to speak to upper management to resolve the issue promptly. Daisy stated she was fully qualified to resolve my issue yet she was forwarding my concern to someone else and then proceeded to abruptly end our chat. Unfortunately, this was an unacceptable customer service experience. "
