"At the Pembroke Pines Florida location was where I did a store pickup for my grandson's Christmas present. I went to the pickup area where there were only two people in front of me. The associate was super slow and by the time I was next another line formed at another register. The associate ignored me waiting there and started assisting other customers. I said I was next and he rudely said there was a line. I told him I there way before that line. It's like he didn't want to help me. Plus I got skipped by another lady who was after me. Worst service ever."

"I live in Philly -- this is not rural America. I was able easily to order my items from Target, but delivery was a disaster.
(1) DELIVER TO THE PACKAGE LOCKERS: I lived in a very large apartment complex [6 towers, 750 units, 38 acres] My instructions say to deliver ALL packages to the package room, and LOG the package into a locker. However, photo proof of delivery shows the Target box sitting on the slate porch outside the front locked door of the apartment building. Coulda been stolen. Luckily, it was still there when I went to secure the box
(2) Box contained some small items and two reams of 20 lb computer paper. When I opened the box, I found that EACH of the reams was badly split open and paper torn, because the box was not packed tightly and the box was clearly mishandled.
(3) So far, I have not determined how to contact customer service BY PHONE to get a credit for the paper [I'm not going to send back the 20 lb reams of paper] Target, if you're listening, please reply with Customer Service phone number."

"A gift I ordered for my grandson was shown as available at my local store for pickup. After ordering, I later received an email saying it was no longer available there, but that they would ship it for free if I still wanted it. I accepted and it arrived promptly.
Target could have just emailed a "Sorry we're out, too bad" email, but they didn't. Very impressed!"
