Did not receive an email or text. And when I picked out a new item to purchase. They said I had to wait two hours to pick it up because I would confuse the customer service team. Really? You’re easily confused by an online order? And I had my small baby with me. No effort was made To me any further. I had to leave and come back three hours later with my small baby. Ridiculous "
