"I would like to note that I was given a very terrible experience with this company. I placed an order for a part that I needed, I found out that the order was cancelled due to an issue with the card that I used. Well when I called the company, the spokesman on the phone started off the conversation very rudly, and cut me off while I was trying to ask a question (kindly and w/out attitude mind you) and stated it won't do me any good "arguing" with him and to just call my bank company. He had no reason at all to cut me off, especially when I wasn't arguing with him or anything. Needless to say I made a mistake and should have stayed with Newegg. I will make sure that I will no longer do business with this company again."

"I bought a few hard drives from this store. They charged my credit card immediatly and never shipped. When I called, after a month, they said the item was on back order. I asked why they would charge for something that they never shipped and they said that is their policy. I told them I was going to report them and I quote, they said "go for it". Stay away or give your money away before you buy from these guys."

"They had the item cheaper then anyone else but overnight shipping was $51. Amazon can ship it for $11.. The only reason i got it here was that I was in a rush and it came out to just a few dollars more. I also order a few minutes before their deadline and they still didnt ship the item that day. Total ripoff. They wont be seeing anymore of my money. "

"I ordered the iHome IH5R and was shipped the IH5, the only difference being the lack of remote. I requested (since they carry the remote sepretly) that they could simply ship me the remote to make things easy. They insisted I must send the unit back, I had to pay return shipping, and would not be refunded shipping to me originally. It took three weeks after I sent it back and several phone calls (one of which I was on hold for 45 minutes before someone picked up, two others where I got cut off randomly in transfer) to get my money back. Will never buy from these jokers again."

"I'm VERY UNHAPPY. My Printer was received quickly but was defective. It was going to cost me $80 dollars to ship it back because of it's size and after spending $650 I wasn't thrilled about spending any more. Nerds told me that's just how it is and I should contact the manufacture to fix the product that Nerds obviously dosen't stand behind. If they would requested a call tag from fedex like I asked them to do I would not hesitate to use them again. They only care about the sale. USE CAUTION!!!!"

"Would not recommend this seller. Bought a tv from them with over 130 in stock. Never received a confirmation email. Was told tracking would take 48 hours. Within that time, called CS to check on order and was told item would ship within 24 hours. Called next day to triple check and suddenly the item was not available with no recourse. With this seller the customer is most certainly NOT always right. Needless to say, ordered from another e-tailer. VERY DISAPPOINTED. "

"I placed an order on 11/14 and sent an email later the same day to see if I could cancel it since the link on the website to cancel orders was mentioned, but I could not locate it. I did not hear back from them in 24 hours so i called and asked if I could cancel my order. They said my order was cancelled. Funny I had thught they would have sent an email saying that they cancelled it.
I am still waiting for a credit to my charge card. Thye said it would be 5 business days and it already has been 7. I received no response to my last email asking for a status of my credit.

"I ordered an LCD TV from this merchant and their service has been a complete disappointment. Placed the order Friday morning. Promptly receieved a phone call confirming delivery address and was told product was in stock and would be shipped out that afternoon. My credit card was charged that day. Never received a tracking number or any info from the seller, so I called Wednesday morning to check on status. Was told the item had not shipped, they were out of stock, and that my credit card would be credited next week. Quick to charge, slow to refund, and they don't know what their inventory is. Don't waste your time with this merchant."

"My order for a digital camera was cancelled without notifying me, presumably due to credit card error. When I called (adter many days and still no shipping notice), they told me about the cancellation and had no explanation for why I hadn't been notified of it via email (or otherwise).

CS rep put the same order through again and I was quickly shipped....the wrong item. They had apparently changed the item associated with the SKU number, *sigh*. After a week of discussion with CS rep, thenerds decided that of course I could ship back the incorrect item (at their cost), but that they would not honor my original order since the price of the camera had since gone up.

You may get lucky and have an order come through with no error, but if there are any issues whatsoever - this is NOT a place you want to be dealing with. The customer is definitely LAST. I strongly advise not shopping here unless there is a *major* price difference between them and any other reputable store.

"I'm generally satisfied with this company. I ordered 2 servers and paid for rush processing and next day delivery. The servers shipped 48 hours later. The delay was explained on a DOS attack that shut down their systems for a day. They refunded my $3.99 rush handling fee and offered Saturday delivery. Items arrived in good condition."

"Placed EliteScreen for my projector on 17th and received my order on 18th! From FL to IL in one day. Initially I was reluctant to order after the viewing the negative feedbacks, but it seems that all satisfied customers forgot to leave a feedbak.
The best price on the net, I combed through about 8 different vendors before placing the order. I used cheapest ground shipping they offered. I couldn't believe my eyes when I check the order status next day, it was on route for home delivery.
Product came undamaged and professionally packaged.
For the price and shipment, I wanted to thank them for superb job.

"I ordered a Pioneer DVR K05 laptop DVD burner for my wife's Dell 8200 and everything went smoothly. Ordered one for my identical machine and their system screwed up, essentially cancelling my order without notifying me. After waiting two weeks tried to call Customer Service. Got voice mail, left name and number but they never called back. Entering order number on their website gave no info. Disconnected several times while trying to get Customer Service. Finally talked to "Johnny". He admited order screwed up by their computers plus it was out of stock. He offered no explaination as to why I was not notified nor any apology but did offer to give half off on shipping charge on next order. There will be NO "next order"."
