Michelle got me in touch with Natasha for our master and Vicky for the laundry room. Both were extremely prompt and thorough to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted.
We just ordered an amazing closet set up with an island, plenty of drawer storage and mirrored cabinets, I can not wait to see how it turns out!

"This is my third order - the cabinets are quality, customer service is great, shipping simply ****. Lots of damage occurs in shipping. I would recommend better packing on each cabinet and placement on a short pallet vs long pallet. "

"We remodeled our kitchen 8/19 and used the RTA store, the agent suggested I by their insurance plan for $500 "That covers virtually anything that can happen to the cabinets" After one year several draw guides started sticking I put a few squirts of WD 40 to try and lubricate the draw rails to help them work better. I filed a claim and was denied because I performed an unauthorized service.
This experience was very different than what the sales person told me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THIS IS A SCAM!!!"

"I appreciated the ability to provide dimensions and a vision to the team of experts at RTA and they turned around and provided a dimensional site plan, 3-d renderings to help me finalize the vision, tweak where needed and design the kitchen I envisioned in my head. Nicki was a fantastic design consultant and was detailed in every aspect, identifying hinge direction, end cabinet finishes etc. A remodel like this is truly in the details and if the design team was not there to assist, I could see easily how a buyer could make some seriously expensive mistakes, by not selecting the correct finishes for their kitchen. Further, Nicki was super responsive, I received emails back to my questions most often within the day, which helped me keep the project on track to get the order in. Thank you Nicki!"

"Customer Service was able to answer my questions promptly and completely. The Design Department as a whole seemed to ignore my questions and wanted to force me down a path of re-designing what I had already designed. After several days of back-and-forth emails, they answered my questions. I wasn't pleased that I kinda had to be a little rude to force the answers. They also didn't suggest any solutions for the hurdle created by the mis-information on your website. Regency Espresso cabinets do not offer a desk drawer option, yet two versions of desk drawers are depicted in that product line's gallery images. I ended up buying FD24-DWS and adding a drawer front from B24B-KE. I'll have to re-finish the face frame of the FD24-DWS, but at least it's a solution."
