I would like to back up to a cloud service other than Neat cloud and have not yet been able to figure out how, if it is even possible. In addition categorization and data input is frequently inaccurate, though it is relatively easy to drag and drop data."

"I pretty much love the unit NOW. When I first rec'd it, it would not work properly.
I had sent five items and they were in the inbox. could not find them anywhere else.
Text support was very very poor. They insisted I was not sending (and/or scanning) properly even though I had all 5 in the inbox. They just flat said i was not sending it properly and kept telling me to try this and that. Very frustrating. After i finished with them I sat and thought it through and deleted my account and redid it. It then worked. I think Neat could send better instructions for setup' and u grade their tech support quality! An attitudes!"
