"This was the worst investment. I paid $400 to make my tax season easier and it ended up taking twice the amount of time. I am returning it to the store that I purchased it from. I tried the support and you have to purchase a support plan from the minute you install. If you have any questions they ask you to purchase a extended support plan? If you get no support from the start how is it an "extended" support plan where is the original "trial" support plan. If you are considering buying this product don't there is an easier way, if you set up your own account titles and use your printer/scanner, it does the same thing and you will actually get the receipt and/or document to the right folder. And you save $400."

"The only issue is when I scan items in, then review them to add more data, sometimes the data disappears and does not save. I cannot throw out anything until I make sure it is saved."

"I purchased my Neat scanner at a store and when I got it to mu office to set it up I couldn't get it to work. A call to Neat got me the assistance needed to determine the problem and get it solved. Apparently it needed updated software which Neat provided free of charge and a new cable to make it compatible with my computer. This was all provided without any hassle from NEAT. It has been wonderful to finally have a way to save receipts for my tax records."

"It would have been better if customers were allowed to choose if they didn't want their information instantly uploaded to a cloud. I wanted to stor all of my documents locally and the software won't allow it. While on 4g it was taking forever to upload pics of Recipts. This is completely unacceptable. Customers should be able to choose EXACTLY what they want to do with their property and not be forced to do it in a way that costs money and burns bandwidth. If you ever change this let me know I would defiantly use the program if that was the case."
