"The reason for I am not satisfied is because I am trying to go to the cloud. The system says I need to reactivate my account because my trial period is over however when go to sign on and reactivate my account I only want to do a personal monthly. However the system asks says I currently have a program and do I want to downgrade. Now it is Saturday and the phone number is for regular business hours. I seem to be in limbo. I will try the customer support online
And as you see below I ordered the trial March 9th and it has not been 30 days yet?"

"I am a manufacturers rep and I use this to copy orders and expenses. Now when a company calls about a question on an order I can pull it up on my phone or ipad and answer their questions quickly. I highly recommend the yearly mobile service for this feature alone. I didn't do it at first but I do now. I bought the smaller scan and the only complaint is it is a little slow to read and do all I need it to do. Otherwise awesome!"

"Mobility is great in regard to scaning and sharing via wi-fi, however the cloud is not up to speed with me. When downloading and selecting files it is not very sophisticated and I ran into some time-consuming-like-confusion. It will come in handy with some but not all things exactly. Nice little product overall though!"
