"During scanning in multiple items the software stops working and its very frustrating because the documents/receipts that you just scanned in and were processing are lost and so you have to re-scan them. You have to go back into your settings and change everything back to scan multiple receipts / documents into one document/receipt. It is not like it happens once or twice and then your okay. It continues to do it and upsets me to the point I just get up from my computer and walk away. This was supposed to be an easy way for me to get all my papers in order but it frustrates me more than it helps me."

"Purchase was easy through the web. An agent had to get approval to bypass an internal Neat Policy that prevents delivery of a product at a different address than what is registered in my Neat Account and my credit card. Thanks to the agent, my brother who is 6 months in Florida will bring my little maintenance roller to Canada and save me 50$ shipping and who knows customs and brokerage fees for a 14$ part in the US. Thanks for being logical on this situation"

"I have had several software issues with my ND1000 Neat scanner and it has taken over 2 weeks to get things to where the scanner works now.
I also think that Neat should send customers an acceptance of liability form when they have to take control of a customer's computer to fix software issues.
The scanner is fine now that it is working. I wish it was much faster than it is and that the Cloud sync didn't take so long.
