"I do not get any response when I send in e-mail requests for issues with Neat, not very satisfied with that, also there are problems searching sometimes and once things are scanned we have days where lots of our documents don't appear correctly and we have to re-scan. Overall we are satisfied so far."

"I haven't fully explored everything the Neat desk can do yet but so far so good. There's one issue that I'm not sure of why it's happening but when I scan certain receipts from the USPS that I print out after purchasing postage, the actual amount that I paid for the postage shows up as six times the amount that I actually spent. For example, I scanned a receipt in the amount of $5.05 and it came out as $30.00. The copy of the receipt showed the exact amount but listed as $30.00 on the screen."

"I purchased the Neat desk Top in 2012 was very happy with the 1st yr. 2013 all my info was lost. I called Neat to update to Neat 5. I was on the ph for a week trying to get the Neat 5 to work. They would tell me they would send me an e-mail to fix. That never came. So on Friday I called the store where I purchased it & s/w the dist mgr. Who so kindly refunded my complete purchase price. What more could I ask for."
"The relationship between the Neat Company and its association with "The Cloud" should be more clearly marketed from the beginning. To many it's a surprise to receive notification and billing after the purchase of Neat to understand that there is an interdependancy between the two. It should be acknowledged earlier in the marketing campaign."
