"I was happy to find lots of selection for ordering Tabasco Chipotle sauce, which I haven't been able to find in my local grocery store. However, a shipping charge of $17.25 on $30 of product is way over-priced! Why not offer regular US Mail shipping at a reasonable rate? Not every order is urgent, requiring overnight shipping. I'm disappointed by a delivery charge of 50% of my purchase price."

"I LOVE THESE GUYS!!! Good selecetion, Quality Brands. Simple easy UI. And I've had GREAT results with customer service. I've had 2 minor issues and they have one of those instant chat windows (love it) not the stupid bot box that repeats the same nonsense. Would be 5 stars except for shipping cost. It's WAY too high and doesn't seem to make any sense. I order 4 floor matts (heavy) and shipping is $20, but add a 2 oz plastic funnel and the price doubles? They offer a "prime" sort of membership but its $99 a month. That's $1200 bucks a year?! What if I don't order this quarter? There's got to be a better way they can work their shipping, and when they do- webstore will be stealing a lot of business from several of my vendors. Can't wait! "

They carry a wide range of item and some them are unique. The shipping cost can be tricky, but I try to keep it minimal by doing bulk and ship certain items together. But overall it’s a great store!"

I own a bar and ordered a bottle cooler for one which failed. Took about a week and a half to get there and paid for white glove service.
Delivery showed up with two guys whom refused to lift the cooler into place. Their "boss" also said he wouldn't permit it at which time the guys left the cooler I'm the middle of the bar and left.
Called Webstaurant Store who in the end bought the bs sold by the company boss (of course they did because it's a crappy cheap shipping company).
The end result, we can give you 25% of the white glove service fee back or have the shipping company schedule to come back at some point.. I offered to pay for the lift gate service fee but was told the cooler was wheeled inside therefore it's beyond lift gate.. Just a total run around over $300.00 on a $5k cooler..
I'll never deal with this **** company again. Pure principle"

"I ordered 12 wine glasses from Webstaurant on June 27, was notified that my shipment would go out on July 16th. And then was notified that it would go out on July 23. And then today that it would be shipped on July 30th. I've never had a company do this to me before without explanation and will not trust them with another order."

"We are a breakfast/ lunch diner when our conveyor toaster stopped working I ordered a new one from WebstaurantStore. It arrived the following Friday just in time for busy weekend. We found it only toasting one side of the bread so had to put bread through twice to toast both sides. Called WebstaurantStore store on Monday to be told to take a video and send it to them-did this. Called back on Wednesday to be told to plug into a different outlet- tried this. If the elements aren’t lighting up on the bottom and top are red hot this should not be rocket science there is an issue with this toaster it’s been 8- days now and still not resolved with WebstaurantStore. WTH. Very dissatisfied with the service I’m getting "
