"Great company with tremendous service"
"We contacted them in June 2018 regarding the purchase of a commercial variable speed immersion blender. This was rated as a Heavy Duty Immersion Blender. We purchased the blender and told them what it would be used for, as well as where we are located - in Canada, could they ship to Canada without any problems. They confirmed no problem at all, and we received the blender within a week. We used the blender to blend fresh fruit and sugar into milk and cream. The blender quit working on August 30, 2018. When we contacted them about this issue, they advised there was no warranty for goods shipped and used in Canada, and thus they would do nothing. I said we were not aware of this policy, and they indicated where this fine print was. Yes, we did not notice this when purchasing the item, but they should also make everyone aware of the warranty issues when anything is shipped into Canada, and not just leave it to the fine print at the bottom of the document. We will definitely not purchase another thing from this company and will let other people know about their poor business practice as well. If they want to sell and are willing to ship to another country then they should be prepared to offer the same warranty that they do in the United States. You have a very bold lettering at the top of the web page indicating we ship into Canada---perhaps you should also add the no warranty comment as well!"

"Horrible does not even begin to describe how awful this company is. I wouldn’t order a set of paper plates from Webstaurants. Trust me, they would get it wrong. Once they drop shipped (look up drop shipping). Take your money elsewhere trust me this company is horrible. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had my life. The customer service rep, if you can call them that, told me that it wasn’t their business model to return a defective item I received broken from minute one. I bought an expensive vacuum sealer from this company and I had it for no less than an hour and it was malfunctioning. Webstaurants wouldn’t return the item and refund my money, instead they referred me to the manufacture for a warranty claim. I didn’t even have the unit long enough to have the pleasure to have broken it myself. I would not give this company a dollar of your money. Run in the opposite direction and find a reputable company to deal with."

"We use these deli containers for our Lemon Shakers and the patrons love them. By using these containers it helps up eliminate a couple of steps in our process of making Lemon Shakers. When you are selling 250 in a 4 hour time period every step you can eliminate helps."

"Great people. Ships right away. Even though they charge shipping, it is usually less totally than the ones that include shipping in the price, especially if you're ordering a larger quantity. Rarely do I find something completely out of stock. And if it is a little short, they always ship the back order quickly. The only thing I'd like to see is a comments or notes place on the order page that I could say something about the order."
