"Before checkout, I was given the option for residential or business shipping. Since we are a business, I chose that option which was less expensive than residential. However, at checkout I was only allowed to select residential shipping. The price difference was negligible but as a small business, every penny counts. I was more peeved at the the fact that I was offered business shipping and if it was offered on the checkout page, it certainly was not in the "shipping method" drop down menu."

"The card I had on file was expired. When I tried to update the card info using the account dashboard the website would not allow me to enter the information. I tried using the chat function, the customer support rep was apparently too busy. There was a delay of at least 2 minutes and usually much longer each time I needed a reply from her. After enduring that long slow process I finally gave up and tried another method to solve my problem. Since I could not get any help I found a way to place my order. I had to delete the card info on file, place the items I wanted in the cart and go to check out in order to get the site to accept my updated payment info. I don't know about you but when a company makes it hard for me to do business with them I generally look for someone else to give my business to."

My disabled husband processed an order on line to buy Bigelow Decaffeinated Tea on June 23 with estimated delivery on June 28, however as of July 7 the order has not been delivered. Their excuse is that the carrier could not find the address where we have been receiving mail for the past 30 + years. My husband disputed the transaction as undelivered order, and they started sending threatening eMails, threatening him with restocking fees and continue bothering him on every day bases. They call on his cell phone yesterday and told him to stay outside the building after 5pm so they would deliver the order. Their abusive and nasty behavior via eMail and phone communications continue making my husband sick. "

Our shipping calculator in the cart page is only an estimate of the cost of shipping. We do utilize an internal algorithm that checks the address used in the order to confirm if it is a commercial or residential location. In the future we would recommend ordering in bulk and shipping to a commercial address in order to see more of a saving per item in shipping. ”
