"I ordered 500 containers of Salt for a promotion in my business. I am a small company and do not have a fork lift so I clicked the box that I needed it delivered via a lift gate. The shipping costs more then the salt. Weeks later, when the shipping company called me they said they needed another $60 dollars for the lift gate. I was busy so I just paid it. The next time I ordered I clicked the box for the lift gate and paid extra. Again, the shipping company called weeks later and they wanted to schedule the delivery. I scheduled it and told them to make sure there was a lift gate. The company Webstaurant Called me after the shipment never showed up and wanted two delivery charges because they said the truck went twice. They were rude to me as well. They finally took off one of the delivery charges but not both. Then, as a kicker. I just opened the boxes and at least 10% of the containers are damaged and unusable. So frustrating! I would not recommend this company. They have a glitch in their on line ordering system and nobody would listen to me and they were rude when I tried to fix it. I am going to throw away the damaged salt because it is better then calling them and dealing with this rude company again. Please be careful when ordering from these guys. "
"seems the packing department needs to be better. always seems to have breakage. Webstaurant store always replaces or refunds for broken items, But this could be avoided i believe. my last shipment had 4 of 12 broken. I asked for replacements, and received 1 of 4 broken, and just gave up. That is my only complaint really."

"Purchased two boxes of napkins after I carefully reviewed the description. They arrived. 800 napkins in each box. One white/black. The other white/red. Opened them and they were a dingy yellow. Complained about it and the first rep was very helpful and suggest a couple of remedies. I responded. The second rep was very helpful, as well, but asked that I send pictures. I responded with pictures. The third rep responded with a completely different way of handling the matter and even went so far as to take a picture of the napkins shown in the description on their website and had the nerve to tell me they are an off white napkin. Not White.... uh - your description says WHITE. She proceeded to inform me that she would waive the restocking fee, but I would have to pay to have the two boxes of 800 napkins RETURNED. No. I won't. And I won't be back. Instead, I donated the napkins to our local VFW and American Legion, and ate the $116 and the original shipping costs. Nothing but a bunch of B.S. at it's finest! Not my Monkeys, Not My Circus, Webstaurant Store! "
