"Disappointed by their lack of clear stocking status. Ordered a bunch of stuff only to find that some of it was back-ordered. Customer service said 4-6 weeks, but now we're at 8 and counting with no firm updates available from customer care. I can't imagine depending on them for a business, so I'm glad my first orders with them were for a personal project.
Prices are low low -- very competitive. Shipping isn't at all subsidized, so expect higher shipping rates than at other merchants. Kind of eats into the low prices, but they're still a great deal -- if you can handle the uncertainty."
