"I am so happy that webstaurant.com came up when I was searching for a bracket for my sink wash station. This site has everything I needed for the repair I am making. As well as some added upgrades for my out of date fixtures. The service I got from Cassie Reber, there customer service representative was out standing. She made suggestions for my project that were from low end to high end quality to fit my budget. I will use webstaurant in the future and recommend them to all my colleagues at work.

"I have yet to find an item that I need that is not in stock or not carried and we are quite diverse in what we get. We find the way things are categorized it is easy to find products. All products we have got in the past 4 years we have been open have been in stock.Our business is quite rural aas the nearest supply store is 80 miles away 60 miles for nearest Walmart. So we really need a mail order store that has been a one stop store.

"In the restaurant business, an owner really has to watch costs and expenses. The cost of the product being prepared and sold is only one aspect. The supplies that are used on a daily basis can have a huge impact on the bottom line. Paper towels, basket liners, takeout boxes, you name it, all make a difference. The things I love about Webstaurant Store is the huge selection, fast shipping, and the pricing. After opening up for business in 2009, I learned very quickly that one simply cannot pay premium prices for things that are literally consumed and thrown away. A level of quality must be maintained, to be sure, but to pay $9.00 for a roll of restroom towels versus just over $2.00 is poor business management. Webstaurant Store has made it possible to not be a slave to local suppliers and maintain a viable margin to keep the business profitable and healthy. This is America, and a little competition is still a good thing!"

"I bought a 7 QT KitchenAid Commercial mixer on Wednesday at 12:15. The mixer shipped at 2:28 the same day! I did not pay for expedited shipping or handling. So getting it out to me in a mere 2 hours was quite impressive. Best of all was the price was the best around. It was less than the cost of a refurbished model! I will be back to shop here again."

"I ordered 2 luggae racks for our guest room and I was extremely satisfied not only with the quality of the product but also their customer service. I originally ordered 3 but decided later that I only wanted 2. The rep that took the call was polite, prompt and genuinely sounded like she wanted to help me ASAP. She told me that she would get back to me within 15 minutes and sure enough she did and e-mailed me a PDF file with the revised order. Highly recommend this company. Will be buying from them again. By the way, I ordered the product on Friday and received it the following Tuesday. "

"after ordering a product that was misleading by the picture next to product. i paid for shipping to return product and as of today i have still not received my refund into operational Account. Said they are waiting for a check from a third party. Unbelievable in this day of fast internet transactions. I will never, never use these guys again "

A phone call to their Live Chat number was answered promptly by a real person who was both knowledgible and courteous.
