Thank you for your purchase. If a product is damaged by FedEx in shipment, we are always willing to make it right for our customers. However we do have a time frame in order to report damages. Generally we ask customers to contact us within 5 business days to ensure we can issue credit or reshipment and file a claim with our carrier. We will take a customer's situation into consideration if it is past 5 business days, however after 4 months is too long for us to offer credit unfortunately. In the future, if you can let us know right away of any damages, we are happy to offer credit or reship replacements to you right away.
