"Ordered 18 items, they were sent I. Two separate shipments, only one made it to me. The other one FedEx mutilated the barcode and sent it back to you. Instead of immediately re shipping items and notifying me, you gave me a credit. I only found out today when I got on the customer service chat and was told I have to reorder, which I did and it cost more this time and now I have to wait for the whole process to play out again. I’m a Superintendent for a construction co and use you quite a bit but this is going to mess up my completion date……"

"I attempted to order with them. I do not own a business but was looking for a roll of produce bags. Found it on their website for about $24 and found shipping to be about $16. When I found they offered (through a 3rd party) pay about $10.42/2weeks I figured that'd reasonable and affordable. However, that 3rd party has a minimum of equifax score of 600+ (I have 700+) and $5k in revolving credit. I have just under that. I understand it's the 3rd party that has those limits but I suspect if this company spoke with that company and had it modified it might be an option. HOWEVER, I contacted chat and got no real support. I attempted to see if I could pick up the order ... Nope the ware houses aren't setup to do that. Well it's not hard to make it a "pickup" option and provide people with the location of pickup. If it's in the same town or area one can do it. Anyway I'm going local and will adjust this review if they reach out. Even to say sorry. * adjusted. They now have two stars as they did respond and provide a "I'm sorry," sadly it's the exact same response I got when I actually communicated with them through chat. This company does not provide good customer service giving Solutions rather than excuses is good customer service. Shoot have they simply said you might check locally I would have been more satisfied."
