"I have not been able to receive my tax exemption because I am a business, in over 3 weeks. This process usually takes 5min to a few hours, sometimes a few days, but never multiple weeks. Each time they ask for something else, and they just keep asking questions I have already answered in the documents they requested. As if they haven't even read them.
I don't have an invoice because my whole issue is I haven't even been able to order!"

My only complaint is that half of my packages arrived beaten up and one item was damaged. Absolutely NO packing in the box that contained my chafers.
