Cake pop holder

"Terrible. The holder has all different sized holes but none big enough for the cake pop sticks. I even bought cake pops from them. Which were terrible by the way. Don't waste your money purchasing from them. Rip off. They will respond and tell you to contact them and then they never respond back k. Also I did review on their website and the pulled it down.

Real Pine sol lover's

"I enjoyed the shopping experience and the price is great but the shipping cost is outrageous! It's hard to find pine sol that smells like pine. I like the old pine sol from back in the day. The smell was very strong and that's what I like. Someone needs to make pine sol with that strong smell. But this bottle I got is pretty good!"

Items coming from 3 different places.

"I ordered 9 items from your website and was glad that I could find what I wanted in one place. What I didn't like was the fact that it did not come in one complete order. I had 3 different orders coming from 3 different places thereby making me use my PTO to go to my house to make sure my packages weren't stolen from me. I don't think that I want to order from your website again."

Beware what you buy

The only thing worse than this product is the lack of support by webstrauntstore.com.

We have made many purchases from this website with no product issues until this one. On 10/19/2021 we purchased the Main Street CHP-1836U proofing cabinet to replace our Metro C5 unit we had been using for the previous ten years. The Main Street product was almost half the price which should have been our first warning not to buy it however due to the experience we had with webstaurantstore.com products in the past we decided to buy it anyway. Unfortunately this thing has been nothing but problems, on 4/5/22 the unit began tripping the GFI outlet it was plugged into. We plugged the unit into other outlets with the same problem and determined the unit was faulty. We contacted webstaurantstore.com for warranty repair and they had us go through their process, which was pretty painless, and a couple weeks later we received a replacement part. Fast forward a little more than seven months and the replacement unit began doing the exact same thing as the first unit. We new the unit was passed warranty and contacted local commercial restaurant repair companies who told us they would not even come out to work on the unit and the only way to get it fixed would be to just replace it. It is my understanding that they don't want to work on them because they are cheap and prone to break easily and don't want to take the hit if it stops working right after they leave. At this point we reached out to webstaurantstore.com to explain the situation though unlike the first time when they were happy to help us we were immediately told there was nothing they could do and were provided a link to find a service provider who we already have contacted and were told just by a new one. We replied back to webstaurantstore.com to see if they could offer another solution being that the unit stopped working in the same way at the first one, maybe a courtesy replacement or discount on a replacement product, something, anything.

webstaurantstore.com's final response was "Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us. We are a bulk ordering website so we have our items priced at the lowest wholesale value. If we have any type of quantity discount, it will be displayed directly on the item’s page. The prices you see on our site are the lowest we are able to offer. Please let us know if we can help you with anything else! Have a great day! ". If you are a restaurant owner, you know the answer is never no rather you come up with options to keep the customer happy, especially a repeat customer that you have never had problems with however, that is not the business philosophy webstaurantstore.com operates by.

In summary, this product is not worth your money or hassle. Spend the extra money and buy a Metro unit that will last a decade or more and when you do be sure you do not buy it or any other products from webstaurantstore.com.
