"I was happy to find the cake decorating turntable that had been recommended, but I also had a coupon code I wanted to use to make the price a bit better for my limited budget. There was no option to enter the coupon code! I'm a bit ticked off.
Update: I got a response from Webstaurant, very politely and kindly pointing out how to use a coupon code. The error was mine.
The item I ordered was delivered two days later, and as it had a cast-iron base, I think the high shipping charge was justified in this case. It arrived in excellent condition.
Overall, I am now happy with my purchase and the customer service, so I am changing my rating to 5 stars."
