"I have been ordering votive and tea lights for the past two years for personal, not business use. For whatever’s reason, my last order of Leola 144 count votives were made differently (with a hard, chalky wax) plus approximately 50 candles were completely cracked either in half or the long way and unable to use. As stated, I order candles for use in my home and only open a new order when I run out of candles. When I found out I had many broken and chalky candles, I contacted customer service only to be told the order was past the policy time (I think 7-10 days). I explained I just first opened the new box, but they did not care I was sent a bunch of chalky, broken candles. They only cared about the purchase date and the warranty passing. I never knew I needed to open every box to inspect 144 candles immediately. No discount on that order or future orders was given! Check your candles right away so you do not pay for broken ones!
That said, when the candles are intact, they are very nice candles that I would recommend. Also, the Leola tea lights are wonderful, burn a long time and they have always been delivered in tact."

"Ordered product from WebStaurant Store, I chatted with there agent to confirm that they had enough product IN STOCK when ordering. I placed the order while I was still chatting with the agent. I got 30% of my order within 10 days and I have been waiting over 30 days to get the rest of the order. They finally shipped it and everyday the time to receive it keeps moving for the last 12 days. I called there "carrier" and the rep told me that they can not give me a date to receive it and they will just keep adding a day till to gets to me. I asked him for a true estimate and he informed it most likely another 3 weeks. It was shipped from Georgia and going to take a month plus to move to Chicago. I have contacted customer support many times about this issue with no help at all. Horrible customer service, horrible shipping and way over priced shipping for not to get your products."
“Thank you for your review. I am sorry for any frustration surrounding your order. While we had these trays in stock, we did not have enough to fulfill your order of over 1,500 trays. The order was placed on 8/5, and we did send emails on 8/5, 8/9, and 8/18 letting you know of the delay due to not having enough in stock. I am very sorry for the inconvenience. Our warehouse did split up the shipments so that we could ship out what was available at that time and I see that shipments went out on 8/7 and 8/9. The remaining 760 trays that we did not have in stock shipped out on 8/25, and were estimated to arrive to you on 9/7. I am sorry that there were delays with the carrier as well. Many carriers experienced transit delays due to the extreme flooding that Hurricane Ida brought.
