Worst company ever

"Order 3 items. 3weeks later 1 item arrived completely thawed. It was shipped on a Thursday and arrived on a Monday. The other two items have never shipped and I can not cancel them. Every time I contact them they tell me it was shipping that day. The last time I called them they told me to purchase elsewhere. I said I would as soon as I got my refund. I have not yet."

“Thank you for your review. The warehouse that stores our consumable items is currently delayed, which is why there is an "extended lead times" disclaimer on the item page. I do apologize that the product arrived thawed. I was able to review your order and see that we provided you with a refund for the spoiled item. I also see that we were able to cancel the rest of the order for you. I am sorry for the back and forth in regards to the cancellation; it looks like the other items were originally showing as further in the processing stage than they truly were. "Once loved ordering from Webstaurant but over time things have digressed. Shipping cost is high, lack of product in stock. Covid has been tough for all but we have a business to run and cant have delays in product we need and expensive shipping. "

Since we do not absorb shipping costs into our wholesale prices, we do charge the full shipping charge for each order.
