"Orders have often started to have shipping mishaps. some are fed ex based, but most seem to come from improper packaging. Webstaurant offers little in the way of actual customer assistance. I get an email saying there is a problem with the order and no one can tell me what the problem is. I have to wait until I receive the order, see whats' damaged, chat with WebstaurantStore to get a refund and place another order. All of this causes shortages with my customers. This is happening weekly now. "
