"We are so pleased with our purchases, the Lancaster Cross Back Bar Height Swivel Stools are so beautiful and comfortable. Our first order was for 7 & I just ordered 6 more. I wanted to try the same stool but not the swivel so I bought one to try out! The shipping is pretty expensive and would love a lesser amount but the product quality is fabulous. Only problem I had was not enough bolts/nuts to assemble one more chair from first order. I contacted the customer service through live chat and they are shipping me the items I need. Pleased customer."
"I love Webstaurant Store and have been using their services and products for my own business for several months now. They have some of the best customer service in the industry but I did have some major hiccups on my second order, which too more than a week to get a replacement for and forced me to miss a deadline on an order at my end costing me about $200.
Regardless, I very much like their website's layout, their variety of items, and their (usually) quick shipping. With Covid-19, if you pay for Ground shipping, be prepared (as I wasn't informed) of up to a 4 day way before your package is even boxed and ready to go and another day or two before it's on it's way. 2-day and Next Day cost a lot, more than I'd expect since I live in Florida and the items I am purchasing come from Georgia or South Carolina. $120 for next-day on some items I've paid $65 for from other vendors for the same weight in recent months left me disheartened.
Regardless of all of these minor issues, WSS is still the best in the business and since they do volume in large amount small issues like there are bound to pop up. I just wish they'd at least offered me a refund on the shipping for the first item that went missing which was only $20 or so or even an extra item which was only $17....
Regardless, WSS is a great business and I'm sure I've just had bad luck and the pandemic has caused a lot of shipping/logistical issues, so that's what I'm giving them 5-stars as any company with issues like these I've demonstrated without such a global problem would indeed be in trouble. WSS is not one of those.

"Webstaurantstore seriously needs to negotiate better shipping costs for their customers. Roughly an $18 roll of butcher paper cost $20 to ship 30 miles. This is extremely expensive. They have lost several sales to me purely due to high shipping costs."
"Most of everything seems reasonable, good products and good price! except on shipping! Its how they pack the stuff in one pallet. it makes no sense, how could you pile up the heavier piece on top of the lighter piece? I totally understand if it is convenience for the factory or curler but would you think of the customer as well? As the second time we purchased, we put comment on how could it be nice to arrange the stuff. But I've got "NO" for answer... and why would you have a comment box for?
Like if you could improve this point, I do believe there will be a lot more purchases.

Went on a live chat with an "Emily" and I asked a simple question of "Is there any coupons or promos going on with fryers?" and she left the chat right away. A simple no would've been fine.
