"I ordered a product that my customers just hate. They don't like the flavor, or the texture. When I contacted WebstaurantStore, they just said that my dissatisfaction was due to personal preference and that they wouldn't do anything about it. My customers have been complaining that they don't like it, so it wasn't just me. But their customer service rep was completely unflexible and didn't offer anything to help me to get something that my customers would like. I'd have been happy with a store credit, or even a partial store credit. They offered NOTHING. I was hoping this would be a long term relationship. But I guess keeping their $80 is more important than keeping a customer. Whatever... their loss. I can get what I need elsewhere."

"I think charging people $99 for Plus and then charging shipping on some items is ridiculous. Also if you need a shipment sent to a different address, you have to pay another $49 for plus to add another shipping address. I am not happy with that. The $99 a month is ridiculous to begin with."
