I would be willing to bet the cost of the order that pickup is not 3. Next I ordered 400 of these items but because I didn't order the right size lot I was penalized by paying additional for the last 36. Last oder for me from webstuarant store. Im going to stick with vendors that offer service for longstanding customers."

"I ordered a product that my customers just hate. They don't like the flavor, or the texture. When I contacted WebstaurantStore, they just said that my dissatisfaction was due to personal preference and that they wouldn't do anything about it. My customers have been complaining that they don't like it, so it wasn't just me. But their customer service rep was completely unflexible and didn't offer anything to help me to get something that my customers would like. I'd have been happy with a store credit, or even a partial store credit. They offered NOTHING. I was hoping this would be a long term relationship. But I guess keeping their $80 is more important than keeping a customer. Whatever... their loss. I can get what I need elsewhere."

It does state that expedited orders must be placed by 2:00 pm EST in order to guarantee that they will ship out the same day. Since you had placed the order after that time, the order would ship out the next business day. In regards to our lot pricing, it does state on the item page the amount that you need to purchase in order to get that lot pricing. You did receive a large discount for ordering in lots of 144 and in lots of 12, and only paid the original wholesale price on 4 items.
