"Webstaurantstore seriously needs to negotiate better shipping costs for their customers. Roughly an $18 roll of butcher paper cost $20 to ship 30 miles. This is extremely expensive. They have lost several sales to me purely due to high shipping costs."

Its how they pack the stuff in one pallet. it makes no sense, how could you pile up the heavier piece on top of the lighter piece? I totally understand if it is convenience for the factory or curler but would you think of the customer as well? As the second time we purchased, we put comment on how could it be nice to arrange the stuff. But I've got "NO" for answer... and why would you have a comment box for?
Like if you could improve this point, I do believe there will be a lot more purchases.

I would be willing to bet the cost of the order that pickup is not 3. Next I ordered 400 of these items but because I didn't order the right size lot I was penalized by paying additional for the last 36. Last oder for me from webstuarant store. Im going to stick with vendors that offer service for longstanding customers."

It does state that expedited orders must be placed by 2:00 pm EST in order to guarantee that they will ship out the same day. Since you had placed the order after that time, the order would ship out the next business day. In regards to our lot pricing, it does state on the item page the amount that you need to purchase in order to get that lot pricing. You did receive a large discount for ordering in lots of 144 and in lots of 12, and only paid the original wholesale price on 4 items. I do apologize, however we are not able to guarantee how the items will be arranged on the pallet, or the number of pallets. Our warehouses do package each shipment with care to ensure that your items arrive intact and undamaged. However, there is still a small chance of accidents occurring in transit.
