"The stock pots these people sell are not true to size. I ordered a 24 quart pot and got a 20 quart marked as 24 quart. I ordered a second time and ordered a 32 quart pot and got a 28 quart pot marked as 32 quart! I reached out to these ripoffs when I ordered again, getting them to say in a email that I would not be charged for a return, when they send the pot that is not what they say. I reviewed your orders and am not seeing any correspondence that you have had with us thus far regarding the sizing. Stockpots are listed in nominal measurements, and are not an exact measurement. This is an industry standard, and all brands that manufacture items do this same thing. It is better to think of each rating as a “class” size, and use the numbers (20, 24, etc.) as a way to know which one is larger. After contacting WebRestaurantStore.com asking for a replacement unit I was told the warranty was void because I used the unit at home and they gave me a link to purchase a replacement part. What a bunch of BS. Using something at home should have nothing to do with a warranty."

"They have a canned reply for all who complain about shipping (including me) They say shipping usually goes down when you order more, but my exact experience(and others here) is that shipping just mounts higher and higher the more you buy. If they charge shipping for every item as they say n their canned reply, then it cannot be any other way, yet they are saying (contradicting themselves) that it goes down when you order more. They are RIPPING US OFF on shipping. SHAME ON YOU. Either be transparent and upfront for the shipping cost each item will incur (which should be easy since you charge for shipping individually on every item and know ahead of time what that will cost for any particular zip code) or don't charge for it."

The reason that we charge a restocking fee is to keep costs, and ultimately our prices, down for our customers. When you buy from a company that has no restocking fees, you pay for returns that the company handles, indirectly, through higher prices. There are a lot of costs associated with processing an order, as well as returning an order. Most companies do build it into their initial pricing, but we try to charge it only when it is needed. ”
