"I had a coupon code and couldn't see where to enter the code; so, I placed my order and immediately did online chat and asked them to give me my 20% off and was told they couldn't do that because I had already placed my order. Then I was told my items weren't up for a discount. I will definitely be looking at another site the next time I place an order."
