"Sent my clothing in with anticipation. Filled out all the necessary info. even get daily ads via my email account. Have contacted repeatedly regarding my account. According to them I don't have one. Yet they took my clothing returned a few items and send me emails daily. Hmmmm I think I have been scammed. Take your clothing sell it and too bad if you wonder where your money is. I even ordered from them yet they have no track of me whatsoever!!! DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

"I have really liked everything, except what doesn't fit, but happy with your return policy. If you deside to get a clean out bag its best to pay for the return of items they don't use, i was shocked at what they excepted compared to what they didn't and failed to pay for the return of items. So what happen to my Diesel kicks that where only worn once, and like new Cabi clothing not sure? Anyway I love what I have purchased! Plus they give 5% to your local schools PTO."

"i really like everything i ordered. the packaging and presentation were nice, from the little book to the stickers and tissue. i found all items to be in excellent condition and a great value.
i do have issues with some merchandise on your site being unavailable, since your transition to a warehouse-inventory situation. (this is in reference to a customer service inquiry i made. while the response itself was satisfactory, i am still disappointed that some items marked as "available" in one directory are marked "unavailable" on their detail page.) this often means that garments that are of interest to me are not actually for sale, and i find it exhausting to search for the pieces that i might really want... which are mostly higher-end designer wear, not (for example) second-hand Old Navy. (and yes, i say that even with the filters in place.)"
