"I am very upset with ThredUP. I have never had any bad experiences with any companies before, except for now. I have to email them, to find out information about my orders, or my bag that I sent to them. It is very frustrating not getting your money on time, because they forgot to put in their email that it is going to take 12-14 days for me to get my money... Mind you I've been waiting well over a month for my money. Also, I had ordered a dress from ThredUP, and I had to email them to find out when the dress was going to be shipped. Am I the only one who thinks that a customer shouldn't have to ask these questions to a company other customers should be able to trust?"
