Still waiting on tickets

"Me and a friend bought Nuggets tickets on TickPick. My friend sent me the money for his via apple pay and I bought the tix. The game was about a month away from the time we bought the tix. Unfortunately TickPick is telling me I won’t get the tickets until the day before the game. Definitely disappointing and honestly probably wouldn’t have bought them if I knew that was the case. "

There are multiple reasons for a delivery delay, and the most common one being that the venue itself will not release the tickets to professional ticket brokers until 24/48 hours prior to the event's listed start time as a policy in place to prevent fraud and other issues.
However, your confirmed order is 100% protected by our Buyer Trust Guarantee, which guarantees that you'll receive the tickets in time for the event and shortly after they become available to the seller.

There are delays on electronic tickets across the industry and that is wholly out of our control unfortunately. We do guarantee they will arrive in ample time for the event though so don't be worried as the time grows closer. We have dedicated team members monitoring all upcoming events as they get closer and will send reminders out to your seller to make sure the order arrives by the in-hand date.

Excellent value, good experience

"Searching and finding tickets was an easy task. I had some technical difficulties with using PayPal to complete the purchase on a mobile phone. Used the website and had no issues at all. Tickets were in my possession within 20 minutes and they were authentic/verified tickets through Ticketmaster's interface. No issues at all at the venue. Overall pretty great experience, just a minor/inconvenient bug with the purchase using PayPal on a mobile phone. Next time I'll trust it enough to use my credit card directly and perhaps it'll be a smoother experience."

"I went to an Orioles game on 9/3/22 and bought 4 tickets through Tickpicks. When I tried to get into the stadium, two of my tickets had been resold without my knowledge. Do not use this service"

Crappy place.

"I bought two tickets to a concert a month ago still haven't gotten them. There customer service is a joke called 3 times and will be calling today to try and get a refund since this crappy place never gave me my tickets and concerts tonight. Dont recommend using them there a joke. All they say is buyer will send them to u heard that over and over which is a lie."

We are truly sorry about the extremely delayed delivery of your order. TickPick strives to ensure tickets are always delivered in a timely manner and in ample time before an event takes place.
In this particular situation, the tickets were not made available for mobile transfers until the day of the event. This was wholly out of TickPick's control and even the sellers. The event organizers will decide when to release tickets for transfers, and in this situation, they did not allow for that until the day of the event.
The seller continued to stay in communication with us and assured us they would be transferring all their orders for this event as soon as possible. We see the tickets were transferred in time for the event and all orders were filled the day of the event.
We do understand how incredibly frustrating that can be to have tickets purchased and not have them in hand until the day of the event and we are truly sorry for that delay.
Our team continues to monitor those situations and we will always to our best to communicate those circumstances to both parties, and we are sorry that was not communicated properly to you.

Software issue, lost money and didn't get to go game

"I should have downloaded the tickets earlier but waited until Saturday morning for the game that day. Had some issue with software. Contacted customer support but they were not open on the weekend. Paid money and did not get to go to the game. I later disputed the charge on my CC but Tickpick blamed Ticketmaster, and vice versa. Still ended up paying for tickets that I never received. Officially done with Tickpick."

I can see the tickets were transferred the day the order was placed, and we have gotten valid documentation the tickets were accepted into your account.

Our support staff is also available 7 days a week between 9AM-11PM EST. You can reach a live agent at 845-538-4567 during those hours any day for assistance.

TickPick is always available to troubleshoot any issues that may arise with your tickets, but since we are a secondary marketplace, all sales are final, and we would not be able to issue a refund unless the event itself had canceled or the seller did not send the tickets. As the seller provided evidence the tickets were sent and accepted into your account, they do require to be paid for the sale and we cannot penalize them to issue a refund.

We are truly sorry about the technical issues you had the day of the event, and we hope you will give us another chance! ”
