"PLEASE DONT BUY FROM TICKPICK IT IS NOT WORTH IT. THERE IS NO REAL SECURITY / GUARANTEE ON THE TICKET. If you don’t feel like reading, even though you may have purchased a ticket, if the ticket seller does not release the ticket, you will not attend the event, and Tickpick will do little to nothing to compensate you for this. Do yourself a favor and buy directly with the sports team or a reputable ticket seller if you want to be guaranteed access to an event. Also, Tickpick’s customer service is absolutely brutal so it is not worth the time arguing with people who could care less if you get to the event or not.
I bought tickets to an event, and did not receive my tickets within the 24-48hr window they guaranteed. FOUR HOURS before the event, I had to reach out to them to figure out what’s going on. They explained to me that the seller has not released the tickets for the event and they will be reaching out to him for a response. If they can’t reach him, they GUARANTEED me that they would get me other tickets so I would not miss the event. AN HOUR before the event I had still not heard back from them, so I called again. To no surprise, the person who had my tickets could not be reached, but now, they claimed that there were no more seats left in the arena (or at least for the price range equivalent for my ticket which is x2 the price). All they could offer me was a refund (which honestly should have been more considering I was waiting for this event for 2 months and I had to chase after them only to find out that I cant go).
I ended the call, and out of curiosity looked on their website for tickets they could have upgraded me to and THERE WERE SEVERAL OPTIONS. Frustrated, I called back and explained this to them, and instead of using my refund credits and paying the rest of the amount, they only issued me a small credit in which I still had to pay for the tickets (WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A FREE UPGRADE)!!! I was stuck in the city as I planned to watch the game, so I had no option but to pay. All this is happening with 15 minutes before the event by the way, I had to sprint to the event and ended up missing the first 5 minutes of the period.
After all of this, I wrote a request to get refunded the extra amount I paid as it was absolutely ridiculous how they were able to squeeze more money out of me. I have not yet heard a response; it has been a month that I have been waiting.
Unfortunately for me, I bought 2 events at the same time. The tickets for the second event were actually sent to me ahead of time, which was a bit more relieving. However, what I discovered after this process is that if the event you purchased is a popular enough, Tickpick essentially allows the ticket holder to hold on to their ticket for a fee, whereas the Tickpick customer gets screwed over with almost no customer service. Even if you put up a fight they will still waste your time and money. I learned my lesson, from now on I will be purchasing tickets directly from a sports club or with a reputable company like Ticketmaster, etc."
"I ordered my Life is Beautiful wristband in May 2021. I wrote TickPick in June 2021 asking to change to overnight shipping and they confirmed they would change my order to overnight shipping.
My confirmation said my wristband should arrive September 16th for the event that would take place on the 18th. It had not yet shipped so I sent an email on September 16th. I did not hear back so I called TickPick and they then informed me that since I used Apple Pay, my address was not included with my purchase. They said the seller had tried to contact me but I had not received any communication from anyone (the seller or TickPick) regarding this matter. I spoke with 4 different people in the next 2 days, who all said they would follow up regarding the matter only 2 of them followed up.
Mind you I was flying to a different city for the event with no wristband in hand. They then said they were trying to get the wristband to will call for pickup.
Moral of the story, I never received the wristband and they stated they will not refund me because it was my responsibility.
I had no idea they didn’t have my address because every time I’ve ever used Apple Pay I have received the item I ordered. They also never informed they didn’t have my address until I called.
So I warn you to be sure not to use Apple pay and if you do, call them to confirm.
I will never buy from TickPick again and caution all of you as well since they say they guarantee tickets and they actually don’t. "
"The first time I used TickPick I di not have an issue. Everything worked great. The second time was a different story. I ordered tickets to an event on July 21, 2021. On Aug. 21 I received an e-mail lettings me know that I would be receiving the tickets via AXS. On Aug. 25 I received another e-mail telling me that my tickets were being delivered to AXS and I should follow the link and download the AXS app. I did so but could not find the tickets. I checked the Tick Picks site and they state that there may be a delay in the delivering of tickets but they guarantee they would be delivered by the 27th (the date of the event). On the date of the event, I tried to call Tick Picks but they was a recording saying they are not answering calls due to Covid and would only be communicating via e-mail. I sent an e-mail and also called and spoke with AXS. I was able to reach an AXS representative by phone while my daughter reached another rep via e-mail. Neither representative could find any tickets for me. Since the event was in 2 hours, I purchased new tickets feeling that I would be getting a refund from Tick Picks due to their guarantee and because I had never received my purchased product. That evening a rep from TickPick e-mailed me and stated an investigation would be initiated. At the end of the investigation I was told that they could not penalize the seller as the seller sent my tickets to Ticketmaster on Aug. 21. I informed them that I was never notified by Ticketmaster nor TickPick. I again reiterated that I was sent 2 e-mails stating my tickets would be sent to AXS. The TickPick site also states that there may be a delay in delivery until the day of the event. Why would I be looking for tickets at Ticketmaster when I never received an e-mail from any of the parties stating my tickets were there? They said the best they could offer was a $100 credit from TickPick but they could not refund my money. I refused as I paid $300 for tickets that I never received. I never got an e-mail from TickPick telling me to contact Ticketmaster. I never got an e-mail from the seller telling me they were sent to Ticketmaster. I never got an e-mail from Ticketmaster. TickPick is correct, the seller is not at fault. This was a flaw in the delivery system that TickPick uses and a miscommunication on their part."
"Purchases July 31 Bruno Mars vegas show tickets from TickPicks. 3 hours before show still no tickets. Call TP and Jessie answers and says he will call FedEx. Jessie gets back to me and says sorry Fedex is delivering tickets on following Monday, 2 days after show lol. I tell Jessie great , please refund my purchase or give me other tickets or a crosier so I can buy other tickets and go to show with my family to which he says sorry seller did everything properly it’s FedEx fault file a claim with them . TP site guarantees tickets will arrive with plenty of time before show. Clearly that is BS. Stay very far away from this company. I’ve since written and read many reviews for TP on Yelp, BBB and others and the owner “ Kyle” responds to every negative review with some different version of jibberish explaining his company’s lack of customer service, decorum and any sense of decency. At the end of the day what is an online service if they don’t stand behind their customer service, the tickets they sell getting there on time, tickets being valid , etc? These are all common complaints against TP from others. "
"I purchased tickets with TickPick on 4/8/21 for a Tampa Bay Lightning game 5/5/21. They sent an email stating the tickets would be delivered through Ticketmaster at a later date. The email never came. We called customer support before the event but just sat on hold for 30 minutes, before it disconnected us. TickPick refuses to refund for the tickets that were purchased, but never delivered. I’ve been dealing with TickPicks customer service for over a week now and they can’t show sent ticket email or any proof of delivery and refuse to make this right. We had used TickPick dozens of times previously, but won’t going forward. They will take your money and offer zero customer service to resolve. Beware! "
"they provide good prices every time i want a ticket for concert or match."
"I had a great experience with this team. They was quick on the response and helped me on my issue as much as they could. Thank you "
"Awesome helpful made simple for us non geeks"
"I purchased 2 tickets through TickPick to Billie Eilish concert which supposed to be at TD Garden, Boston. Due to COVID-19, the event was postponed to unknown date.
When I bought the tickets from TickPick, it turned out that the tickets were transferred to me from another buyer through Ticketmaster.
Since now I am the tickets owner, Ticketmaster sent me an email:
“ The opportunity to request a refund will be available for 30 days.”
When I sent an email to TickPick asking how can I be refunded, their answer was:
“ Thank you for reaching out, as this event has not been cancelled your tickets will still be valid for the reschedule date. We cannot force your seller to cancel their sale on this order”.
It’s just doesn’t make sense that I can’t be refunded in this case.
Don't ever buy from TickPick."
"Buyers Beware. You won’t Ever Be Able yo Speak to Anyone. DO NOT Use this Company."
"Buying all my.tickets without all the fees is a huge plus this app gives you never had an issue with any purchase def download this app it's a must have."
"Never got my tickets and having a hard time contacting the company"
"I accidentally bought b-ball tickets for the wrong venue and immediately called to try and reverse my mistake. No waiting a day, an hour, nothing, &&& was unable to fix my goof. The only option was to re-sell my goof on their site. As well, a few hours before the game the listing gets removed —these were mobile delivery!!! Ughhh will not use again."
“We're sorry that your experience with us wasn't what you expected. We mention on our website that all sales are final, this is because we are a ticket marketplace and each listing on our site is created by a different seller, in order to be fair to our sellers as well as our customers we cannot cancel or exchange orders unless the seller is at fault. We're sorry for any confusion regarding this.”
"The best. Always see the price you pay. No added fees. Love it!"
“Thank you for the amazing review, we look forward to providing you with the best no-fee tickets for many more events.”
"The price I saw was the price I paid. Finally!!"
“Thank you for the review, we're glad you're happy with your purchase.”
A rep from TickPick, Tickpick1, has responded:
“Hello, we looked into this and do not have any record of you reaching out to us for assistance with this order. The best way to reach us is via email at support@TickPick.com, we're sorry to hear you had this experience, one of our representatives will be reaching out to you regarding this.”
