I can't believe they are so high (1.6).

"I guess they don't allow 0 star ratings or else the score would be lower.

I was simply looking to surprise my wife with some great tickets to Tim M. I thought they would sell out quickly because this guy is great.

I was fine paying a little juice to get great seats, but boy did we get gouged (or F'd depending on how you look at it). There are a ton of tickets available but we got to WAY overpay.

Given the choice in the future, I'll NEVER use this group again. I'll miss an event rather that get gouged.

Off to other sites to share my experience.

AVOID THIS RESELLER SITE AT ALL COSTS

"Do not use this site for anything ticket purchase related. They advertise on their website " Once they are sold, they are gone" . NOT!
We purchased tickets to the Utah Utes Football game played on 9/16 about 2 months prior to our trip to Salt Lake City. We traveled to do a campus tout of the University of Utah and attend a football game: to give our daughter a full experience. We bought 4 tickets off this site, received a confirmation email that stated we would receive the tickets at least 24 hours in advance, at the latest. After arriving in Salt Lake, taking the campus tour on 9/15 (today), we received a call from Ticket-Center telling us that the "seller" no longer had the inventory (the tickets that we purchased and received confirmation) BUT that they were offering us really bad replacement tickets - from the same seller mind you, for $50 less per ticket. There is so much WRONG with this whole situation, it's mind boggling. 1. The fact that apparently a confirmation from this sorry excuse for a ticket marketplace, means nothing AND they clearly and deliberately false advertise. 2. The "seller" wanted to pawn "replacement" tickets that were in a worse location for, get this, more than similar tickets were being sold for on Ticket-Center's own site (even with the $50 discount!) So, I had to cancel the order to get a refund, and then take the challenge to go find new tickets from somewhere else. Good news is I found better seats than the originals, for all up about $100 less in total than the original tickets I purchased on Ticket-Center. This is a super shady outfit. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!

UPDATE: After Tickets-Center told me they would cancel he original order and issue a 100% refund (approximately $1000), they sent me an email with a "store credit of $105". No confirmation of cancellation and refund - as I requested and their customer service representative promised.

This site is an absolute scam and they are nothing but unethical scalpers.

"I purchased tickets to see Romeo and Juliet at the Kennedy Center. I accidentally put the wrong date in and purchased the tickets. When I realized the mistake I tried to contact the company immediately. They said to contact them by email unless it was 48 hours before the performance. I emailed them within 1 minute of the purchase. I received no response for 3 days, so today I called customer service. I was told that even though I made a mistake and tried to fix it immediately and the show is not for 2 1/2 months, that they would not refund my money under any circumstances. My only recourse was to resell the tickets myself. These are $575 tickets, I made a simple mistake and they would do absolutely nothing to help. There is nothing on their site that says all sales are final except in tiny print in the terms and conditions section. This company is nothing more than an unethical scalper, customer service is horrible, absolutely refuses to refund anyone’s money. "

Scammers

"I did not read the small print and wanted a refund on my tickets. I can't find a human to talk to sooo what I read is that there are no refunds.
They don't realize that sometimes things happen and you can't go.
Prices are elevated also.

Do not use this site.

"We paid $256 for tickets to a concert, drove two hours, paid for lodging and meals. The main act did not show and they refused to refund any $$ of the ticket cost or provide a credit even though in my original contact they said we were 100% guaranteed a refund if the main act cancels. Incredibly poor service. Be wary."

"Since I can't exchange for the correct day, I picked the wrong day thanks to the kid distracting me, I wanted to exchange when I realized what I did. Nope. Wouldn't even hear it.
