"I purchased opening day tickets to an MLB game for $450 as a Christmas gift. The game was canceled because opening day did not occur due to the negotiation breakdowns between MLB and the team. TicketCenter refuses to reimburse me saying they may reschedule. The team confirmed with me in writing that they refunded my specific tickets on March 11 but ticket center continues to refuse to refund me"
"Very good guidance and information. Also that there is people who talks very good Spanish and are Latin origin."
"0 would be better rating!"
"Scammed me out of my money. Hide the fact your stuck with No refund or exchange. STAY AWAY!!!!!!"
"I bought tickets for a Nov show but it was postponed because of medical reasons. The show was rebooked for April. Unfortunately, I fractured my spine and was not medically allowed to travel. They would not help me in the least. The basically said not their problem and that they already had my money. Too bad for me. "
"My first time and thought they were the real site. Paid five times cost because in the middle of transaction the price increased. We are lower income And wanted to take our grandchild as a big treat. Since no refund this will be the last purchase instead of first of many."
"They try to look like Ticketmaster and charge 3x the price. With the pandemic and the rising costs, it's not unusual and when you're booking on your cell phone you don't think twice. However, when you look at the actual ticketmaster website that allows you to resell, exchange or refund your money, you'll see the tickets are 1/3 the price (the normal price for a concert at the Hollywood Bowl). They have bad customer service and after you purchase your tickets, they claim their policy is final and expect you to sell your tickets for 3x the price yourself on Google. They claim to be a "reseller" but are not in the business of reselling any tickets - just overcharging. It's still unclear as to whether this is legit - you're not supposed to accept any transferred tickets on your ticketmaster app unless you know the person you're dealing with. So how do you accept a charge from L. Leroy if you don't know who that person is? "
"Dumb me. I wanted tickets to David Sedaris. I googled tickets and Ticket-Center comes up. I think this is who I get tickets from. Then, later, after fishing around, I see that if I'd gone to the venue, they area available for a fraction of the cost. The consumer is being screwed by the internet and google. Of course, there is no protection for the consumer. My card won't cancel this even though it's been less than 24 hours and the charge is still pending. Ticket-Center.com won't refund me. And why does google have them come up instead of the actual venue??????????? "
"I have a charge from these folks for tickets I did not purchase. I was looking at concerts to go to and then this charge popped up on my credit card. I did make contact with them today (same day charge) and they have emails bouncing back that their mailbox is full. They are a scam. No one in their right mind would pay $892 for tickets in the nosebleeds for bon jovi. Google must be pushing them to scam people who are viewing concerts upcoming through Ticketmaster."
"We purchased 3 spring-training tickets through tickets-center.com for just over $300. We downloaded the required APP to be able to access the ticket, set up an account, added every email we needed into the APP and were NEVER able to access the tickets. My husband had to drive 35 miles to his office on a Sunday morning to even try accessing them from his work computer thinking that would work since the main email address was linked to his office. He called this company's customer service 3-4 times trying to get our issued resolved without any resolution. The customer service reps kept trying to send/transfer the tickets to different emails to no avail. We were on the phone with them while trying to access the tickets...nothing! We wasted almost 3 hours cumulative time trying to get this issue resolved so that we could go to the game. We ended up filing a dispute with PayPal for which was denied because tickets-center.com said we received the tickets! We will never use this company again...I would rather forfeit going to an event than pay for a ticket through this organization again. $300+ is a lot of money to throw out the window for nothing. So frustrating!"
"We'd planned to go to Tampa for my bf's surgery and purchased tickets for a spring training game while there. Then the pandemic happened, and both the surgery and spring training game were canceled. In the cancellation notice on 3/13/20, tickets-center.com said we'd get a refund. Then in May 2020, we were told we'd get a credit worth 110% of the purchase price accompanied by a coupon for 25% off a future event. Then in Dec 2021 (yes, 19 months later) we were told we could get a cash refund instead. Which I opted for. Which I have still not rec'd as of the very end of March 2022, despite follow ups, and 25 months after my original purchase. Everyone is always very nice, but I have not yet seen my $157.85 refund. "
"They will not help you at all with your tickets once you have purchased them! Worst company ever!"
"They gauge you and are not helpful AT ALL after purchasing the ticket"
"Bought two $35 tickets to TB Rays game. Didn't pay attention to total amount charged. MY BAD!
This scam site charged my credit card almost $150 for the tickets.
BEWARE! AVOID THIS COMPANY."
"Never got the tickets I paid for. Now I am getting the run around trying to get my money back. Stay away from these scammers."
