Non refund houston rodeo

"Been on the phone trying to talk to someone about my refund on 5-14 has on hold 8 hrs never got to talk to anyone today 5-15 on hold another 8 hrs and got hung up on they are very unprofessional and have no answer's to anything besides covid 19 is the hold up I call bs on that banks are open and all it is a few strikes of buttons on a key board this company is a fraud will never use again thought I was going through ticket Master's but I let the rodeo committee and everyone I know that the company is a scam and fraud will be contacting the BBB and my lawyer to file suit"

Contact your cardholder!

"my event for May 6 was cancelled on March 30. I was told a refund would be happening 2-4 weeks. No refund and no live person to talk to. Chat line is generic responses.
I finally contacted my bank and told them the whole story. After two days of investigation, the bank reversed the charge from my debit card and put it back in my account. Contact your cardholder and work with them because these tickets-center people will never refund your money. I don't believe they even have the money to refund anymore. I hope the government shuts them down!!!!

"Ditto what everyone else says - trying to contact is a joke. I put a complaint through paypal, and must wait until 5/29 to see if there is a resolution (which I am sure there will NOT be). If I don't get anything I will try small claims court; a "class action suit" will only give you pennies on the dollar - the attorneys get the bulk of the settlements.

NEVER AGAIN - as a matter of fact, I just thought I was dealing with ticker "master" - completely my bad.

"Still waiting on a refund to 2 concerts at the Houston Rodeo. It’s impossible to actually talk to anyone and the live chat is a joke. Wait time to talk to a rep is 200 minutes. How is that even possible? Will be filing a report with the BBB and hiring a lawyer! "

been on hold for over 2 hours

"i bought tickets in Feb 22 concert for Houston rodeo on march 17, still have not received a refund. i tried to email, no response, called did live chat, all automated, gets your information, then every 2 mins tells you to hold will be with you, then after 20 mins it forces you to respond with message or continue, again every 2 mins. i got nowhere with that. so i called again and decided to wait on the phone, the automated said call wait time 92 mins i'm now holding for 148 mins. and there option 6 for refund is disabled it just loops back again. hopefully i wont be on hold until they close and then be forced to email again, and start cycle tomorrow."

Don't waste your time or money on them

"I purchased tickets for an event that was unfortunately cancelled due to the COVID19. They sent me an email stating that they would issue a refund within 2-4 weeks and that was dated 3/11/20. I kept in contact with their customer service who told me that my refund was showing as processing. Then the last time I checked in with them on 4/27/20 I was told that they didn't know when I would get my refund. I then submitted a complaint through BBB which closed administratively today with NO RESOLUTION and they STILL won't issue my refund! I'm in the process of filing a dispute with my the card that I used and hopefully they can help with this issue. Don't trust these crooks with your money!"

REFUND

"I still have not received my refund for an event that was canceled March 11th! I returned my tickets March 18th and they said a refund will happened 2-4weeks. So I called them after that time frame was up and they said it is now taking longer maybe 8weeks. Well its been 8 weeks and still nothing! Trying to get ahold of a live representative is a pain in the **** when the operator has you jumping thru all these hoops. So i tried doing a live chat only so they could tell me that they cant find my order number. UH HUH. Ive checked my email to see if perhaps theyve sent me something about what is going on but NOTHING! They do send me emails about upcoming concerts event though! NEVER PURCHASING FROM THEM AGAIN!!"

STILL waiting on refund

"My event was canceled back in March, and on March 13 I received the same email everyone else got that said allow 2-4 for the refund. Well...May 8 was 8 full weeks. I have called and done a live chat several times. At first, my refund was still supposed to be received in 2-4 weeks. Now, there is absolutely no timeline, and I haven't received anything saying "we are still working on refunds," which would be a comfort at this point, even if it's an empty attempt to give me some hope. Just nothing at all. If I wouldn't have called, I wouldn't even know refunds are taking at least double the time to get processed...if they are getting processed at all.
Has anyone actually been refunded in the past 2 months?? I'm also in for a class action lawsuit!!

No refund for an event

"Just like the reviews below me, tickets-center sent me an email stating I was going to receive a refund to an event which cancel due to the virus, the event has canceled.

I received a reply from the merchant stating their men power is small, but I was to receive an email with my confirmation of funds being sent to my account. I have yet to receive my email of funds sent or just plain simply the funds sent to my account.

I chose to believe a company that had the manpower to retrieve the funds from my account in 15 minutes can return them as quick. Their has to be a class action suit to companies like this as this feels more like being caught in a Ponzi scheme.

Scam

"In Feb 2020 I ordered tickets to a March 24 2020 rodeo in Austin TX. I received an email saying the event was canceled and I would be receiving a refund. No refund. The customer service sends you around in circles. Follow up emails are not responded to. Text support is structured so that relevant questions are not answered. Total scam. I'll not do business with this outfit ever again. No human on the call, just pre-canned voice recordings. "
