"The refill kit was received and after a telephoine call to the tech support, was completed with my copier. The copier now works as was expected. However, the photos and directions of the cartridge provided with the refill kit was not 100% like the one in which I was refilling, thus the telephone call. (It also turned out that my cartridge was previously damaged by someone in the act of refilling it prior to my purchase.)"
