As for the toner issue you mentioned, regardless the cause, we always hate whenever someone has any sort of problem with our products (even if something was "your fault") because our attitude is, it may have been indirectly caused by something we did or didn't do, something we should have gone into more detail on in our instructions, possibly something someone else will run into down the road so how can we take what you did mistakenly and make do our best to make sure someone else doesn't do it down the road).
I'm delighted you contacted us and that we replace your toner despite it being "your fault" (it's very disheartening that so many people tell us when they do contact us with any sort of question, problem, "issue", that they almost didn't contact us for help because they simply assumed we treat our customers the way the majority of the businesses in the world today do (like "doody"!))

Even before I started selling our ReChargX "RIY" (refill it yourself) toner refill kits on line, I was so sick and tired of receiving products of all sorts with "God-awful" instructions, I vowed that our instructions would literally be not only the best toner refill kit instructions, but would compete for "best and most complete instructions for any product"!
From start to finish, those instructions take us nearly two full weeks to produce and every minute is worth it (and necessary).

I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone who uses a printer and is sick of paying top dollar for replacing mostly full toner cartriges! The printer companies have a great scam going which is to sell us printer cartridges and then, after an arbitrary number of printed pages, insists that we replace the cartridges, and locks the printer out until we do it! Doesn't matter that you have lots of unused toner remaining.
TonerRefillKits has been GREAT to work with. They answer the phone, they respond to your questions, they stand behind their product, they follow up with emails, and they are there to walk you through refilling your own cartridges. I have a late model printer and they even did research to find the necessary extra steps for my machine.
After successfully using my refilled cartridge for about 6 months, when I got a low toner message, I called them up. Instead of them urging me to buy another set of toner cartridges or toner refills, they suggested reseting the printer's print page counter. It took about 30 seconds, it was FREE, and it WORKED! I can now continue to use my remaining toner. So because they saved me real dollars a second time, I decided to write to write this review.
I admit I was skeptical at first (seemed to good to be true) and nervous about refilling my own cartridges (worried that it was too technical or complicated), but now I'm a huge fan. Two thumbs up! Five stars! These guys are great and I can't imagine actually paying retail for toner cartidges again!
