"I have been purchasing toner and toner cartridges for my business from TonerRefillKits.com for 8 or 9 years now. The products arrive quickly via UPS. The information included with the refill toner and kits are easy to understand and follow. The online assistance, web site and telephone help line are top notch. The cost savings are beyond belief. I have used the products they supply to recharge HP, Cannon and Brother brand printers, copying and fax equipment without any equipment issues. There products as easy, fast and highly cost effective. I have cut the company's expenditures for toner and toner cartridges by 60% as compared to our prior expense for these items. Over the years I have recommended TonerRefillKits.com to everyone I have spoken with regarding printing supplies and will continue to do so."

"Great experience! The ink works wonderfully, and was shipped nice and fast. I appreciated the personal LIVE phone call I got to confirm my order, in addition to the email. The customer service is obviously great. I also loved the free gift of a mini keychain flashlight & the M&Ms- that was unexpected but yummy!

I will definately be purchasing my ink from you guys from now on, wish I had known about you sooner. The prices and convinence cant be beat!!!

"These folks go the extra mile as far as I'm concerned. The direction and information they send, makes it so easy to fill the toner cartridges. Anyone can do it! Even, me, a Senior.

It's no secret around our company that I get up and "get at it" really early (a trait I inherited from my dad 50+ years ago). One of the things I look forward to every day when I get up (rather than reading the news (that's always slanted toward the negative) or turning on the TV and hearing the same) is reading the reviews of our company, our team, the products we produce and our customers' honest reviews.

As I always say, the reason you had the experience you did with our products (and the reason we receive reviews like yours) is because of the people we have around us.

Without our team, we wouldn't be able to turn out the extremely high quality products and provide the over-the-top customer service we provide.

I take particular pride in your comments about our instructions. From the very first moment I had the idea to start a toner company (back in the late 80's) I decided our instructions had to be the best in the world. With product instructions being the first thing a customer touches, so many companies have instructions that are so bad they serve to give people a bad taste in their mouths right from the start (and right so... if you have God awful instructions, what does that say about your attention to detail and the likely quality and associated attention to detail that went into the product?)

My mission was to make our instructions completely at the other end of the spectrum and be an example of the best that instructions could be (not just in the toner and toner refill kit world, but for all instructions no matter what the product.)

In fact, one of the hardest things for me in my 25+ years of running our toner companies was handing the production of the instructions off to someone else in our company (for fear the wouldn't be as good as what the "master" instruction maker turned out.)

As with everything I have initially reluctantly put into the hands of everyone here at TonerRefillKits.com, not only were my fears unfounded, it turned out (once again) that they were able to not only make their instructions as good as the "master", they proved to the "master" that someone else could do that job so much better than I ever could.

It's great to be the "master" (because if you hire well, you are surrounded by people who are so much better at what they do than what the "master" ever did).

To bring this "thank you for your review" reply to a close, I want to say this... (and, I know in this "day-and-age" it sounds "corny"), without every one of you who chooses TonerRefillKits.com as their source of printer supplies, there would not be an "us".

We have had a person or two complain about the phone calls (wondering "Why to they need to call me each time I place an order???"), but the purpose (as you know firsthand) isn't to try to sell you more stuff, it is to thank you for your business, first, but then to verify exactly what was ordered and that you ordered the correct items for your needs, second.

Our goal with our TonerRefillKits.com web site is to make the ordering process as straightforward as possible, but given the fact that the printer, fax and copier manufacturers have a bad habit of making so many machine models and cartridge models/part numbers that sound nearly the same, the chances for error during the ordering are higher than they should be.

So, that quick little call makes certain we ship out the correct items the first time and thereby eliminating the problems, delays, extra shipping costs, etc., that would result on those orders where someone did accidentally order the incorrect items.

"This company is one of the greatest for selling on the internet. This company care's about thier customers and makes it easy to deal with. I have been doing business since 1993 on the web buy items for my business, now retired, and TonerRefillKits are the best I have used. They make things so simple anyone can do it, even me at 70 years of age. The print quality for my Brother HL-3045CN is just like the Brother toner carts, only at more then half the cost. I would give them 10 stars if I could."

Actually, the way I have the pleasure of being able to respond to reviews such as yours (and the reason people like you are moved to write them in the first place) is because we have the best team of employees a husband and wife business team could ever hope to have working with them.

Every one of them are the reasons for great reviews and our .07 hundredths of 1% shy of a perfect "10" score on ResellerRatings.com.

While Annette (my wife) and I get to set the "official" course for the "ship", everyone else here is responsible for what ultimately rests in the customer's hands, what the find in the box, the way the phones or chats are answered "live" during our 8am - 8pm M - F ET hours, the tech support they receive, the way the instructions look, the way the web site works, the follow-up "Thank you"/verification calls the customer receives, etc.

No matter how perfectly we strive to set the course, everyone here is responsible for making your experience everything it was, is and will be.

It's unbelievable to me that in this day-and-age (with business slow for so many companies around the world) that with all of the extra time they have on their hands and most of them dying for more business customer service is almost universally "God awful".

Though all of them set the bar so low it would be easier (and far cheaper) for us just to be a bit better than the average and look good (by comparison), my goal is to set the bar so darn high they would have to practically kill themselves to get anywhere near what our team does to come anywhere close.

thank you for your concern abou the delivery of the 10 toner kits I ordered.

As I am living on the other side of the world,(accross the Pacific ocean) I do not expect delivery untill mid September 2012. This was calculated in my purchase arrangments so I am very happy with your prompt dispatch of the goods.
I have already reccomended this company to other potential users of toner because if it is easy to use as the old Xerox product this is the way to print lots that any geneologist will know.
