"TonerRefillKits only sent me this connection when I asked about making amends for a bad mistake in my earlier Amazon review. Our problem came from a mismatch between Amazon and them and I assumed they were at fault. I retracted that review.
I have not met a company that has done as much in making sure I was happy with their business as this one. They have earned my business in toner, etc as long as we have any need. They had no reason (We are not a big business) to do everything they did in clrifying the earlier problem and making sure I was happy with their service.

One of the issues we've found with Amazon (and have been fighting about it while pending an update) is that a handful of companies have essentially "jacked" our Amazon listings. The big problem is that these companies are falsely representing our company and shave the pricing down by just a fraction so they can get the first listing. These companies don't sell our products but have taken it upon themselves to act as if they do which ultimately hurts everyone because customers believe they're receiving our products but actually getting them from another.
With our products, we work hard to formulate toner specific to the machines, create incredibly detailed instructions, and provide exceptional customer support. We're still trying to get the other companies off our listings but we've had resistance from Amazon (hopefully it will be cleared up soon).

"This company is A+++++. They are honest, efficient, easy to work with, and willing to go that extra mile. I have an ancient Action Laser 1500 (1992) that I just love. TonerRefill has the replacement cartridges for this ol' printer which are generally almost impossible to find. After I had received the replacement cartridge, I found I had to replace my PC and the new one would not interface (no drivers that would work with new "used" PC and AL1500) but here I had this new $75 cartridge that I now couldn't use. I sent it back with a note, saying that if they would credit me that would be fantastic, but if not, then just take the cartridge because it was of no use to me. "I’d like to take this opportunity to express how awesome I think your staff is there at TonerRefillKits.
While online a week or so ago, looking for toner supplies for my HP Color Laser Printer, I stumbled upon your products on Amazon.com.
I was suddenly aware that by ordering the actual toner kits, with very little effort on my end I would be able to save a lot of money recharging my printer myself!
Who cannot use a few extra bucks in their pockets these days right?
Plus, I am adamant in my desire NOT to give HP another nickel after years of buying prohibitively expensive supplies once you purchase their machines. (I am actually of the mind that congressional hearings should be impaneled on the subject.)
Anyway, while perusing online I noticed that my new money saving endeavor requires the purchase a tool kit for opening the cartridge. A $12.00 item and one time deal. Plus, it appeared that I could only buy this tool only after placing a toner kit in my ‘basket’. I get the reasons for that right off the bat. NO Problem! So, I happily ordered the 4 color toner kit and tools. I happily began to wait by my mailbox......
Suddenly, after only an hour or so after ordering my items I received a call from a man identifying himself as Darren from TonerRefillKits. A very pleasant man who simply wondered how I was able to order the toolkit without ordering the toners. I stated that I thought I’d ordered it all from your company. Further quick examination from my end indicated that the actual toner order was placed with some company called SOL. At the time I had no idea where they were and Amazon did not provide a way for me to find that information out. I suddenly felt a bit of dread thinking that my order had been hijacked by some nefarious entity. I immediately cancelled the order on Amazon.
Darren also offered to match this SOL price. I agreed to reorder with TonerRefillKits once the $70.99 spent their was shown back in my debit account. We then came to the same conclusion that this SOL company had somehow hijacked TonerRefillKits amazon info to sell their products.
With interest piqued I began further investigation into this SOL company and discovered that for the most part they had a very good customer rating as well as quite a bit positive customer feedback. So, in a moment of levity I decided that perhaps I had been harsh in judgment and reinstated the order. After all, I really need to get this printer going again. I realize I could go to Staples and just pay big $ like the lambs these companies want us to be, but I refuse now.
Also, I was quite impressed at out fast my tookit from TonerRefillKits arrived. And the small gifts were as impressive as they were amusing too.
Today, I received my SOL toner recharge kit... what a mistake reordering was... no instructions AT ALL on how to cut the hole or how to remove and reinstall the reset chips. What I did get was a one-page instruction sheet on how to dispense the ink in an already hole-cut, recharged cartridge for another printer!!! And nothing about reset chips at all. Subsequent calls to a number provided on the invoice went unanswered. A recording saying that nobody would be answering the phone. I then went online to their now invoice provided website which contained NOTHING in .pdf format that one could access regarding instructions.
Suddenly feeling guilty for not just ordering with Darren at TonerRefillKits initially, I humbly picked up the phone and called your company.
I was greeted very pleasantly by a woman who’s name I cannot recall now and explained my plight and wondered out-loud if it would be possible to get the instructions I now suddenly needed. I was then forwarded to Oscar who incredibly seemed to know exactly what was going on and HE HOOKED ME UP! Right away, Oscar offered to send me a complete kit of TonerRefillKit’s product if I agreed to send what SOL sent to me along with the invoice and any other materials! Done Deal!
Now that is how to RUN a company. Great Job TonerRefillKits!!! All companies should model themselves on your customer service."
