We got a kick out of your feedback and it immediately reminded us of a quote from Bill Gates "I always choose a lazy person to do a difficult job because he will find an easy way to do it." Lazy, in this case, not meaning anything negative.
When developing the website we really wanted to make it a 1 - 2 - 3 approach to finding supplies. If you rewind almost a decade ago, the industry mostly revolved around these massive lists of printers - we still have that feature in the event someone wants to find their supplies that way but the "chooser" has truly made the process so much easier - we're glad you found it to be very intuitive and simple!
As for the refill kits - that's another area that we wanted to nail. Yeah, we go a little overboard in the details and including a TON of pictures but we wanted to make it the easiest set of instructions to understanding within the industry - I think we succeeded.
