"My experience thus far with TonerRefillKits has been pretty good. The installation process does seem a bit tricky at first, but after calling the Customer Service department to speak to someone about my troubleshooting issues I couldn't be more pleased. Both of the representatives that I spoke with were pleasant, courteous. They quickly and thoroughly walked me through the process of fixing our issue. I look forward to purchasing more kits in the future and am relieved to know that I can count on their excellent team members to help me in the future should I need it. Keep up the great work!
The only side note that I have would be to note how much of the ink should be placed into a cartridge. After speaking to a representative they informed me that we should be using the entire bottle of ink to refill our cartridge but this wasn't evident on the refill instructions. Other than that I am happy with the services! "
