Please remember that we are open from 8am to 8pm ET M - F and we answer our phones live (as well as answer our "Live Chat" web inquiries live, too) and whatever we did (or didn't do) to make you completely satisfied (or to earn five stars instead of only four stars), we need to hear from you!
I take every aspect of our business totally seriously (even the font we use, how well our instructions are formatted, what we say when we answer the phone, the color of our pictures, you name it, I analyze it) and input from my customers (our life blood for 25+ years) is of the utmost importance.
Also, from a purely technical standpoint, there is absolutely nothing we can do to alter the numeric rating we get with ResellerRatings.com (unlike many other "review" sites that let the merchant conveniently erase bad reviews) so when someone gives us anything less than 5 stars, our average rating score takes a hit.
If/when we deserve it, I go through the roof, first, then we immediately contact the customer and do whatever is necessary to fix it and also figure out how to make certain it never happens to anyone else in the future.
