It's funny you should mention the genuine interest in customers because we, at the office, just completed an evaluation about our company and what we all came to agree upon is that our main focus should be customer-centric.
Gasp! I know that sounds like a "duh" type statement but we look around at our competitors and experience purchasing products online (and offline) and it really feels that many companies simply don't care for the little guy anymore - they're happy to take their money but not so much when the customer is in need.

All of us here at TonerRefillKits.com live for reviews such as yours (though, in an earlier reply to someone who only gave us 4 out of 5 stars, I did mention we appreciate the "less than perfect" reviews even more because they give us items we can act on to improve what we do, a "PERFECT" review, feels pretty darn good).
I also appreciate your willingness to give us 10 stars on a 1-to-5 star scale (if possible), I've got a big, goofy grin on my face knowing that everyone here did their job so well that you are over-the-top thrilled with us.
The one thing I remind people is that we are like baseball players in that we are only as good as our last "at bat". If we ever do anything that makes you even just the least bit disappointed, I beg you to let us know what it is so we can fix it (and, in the highly unlikely event we can't fix it, we can then either replace the product or refund your money, in full (with the choice being yours, all along the way...)

The installation process does seem a bit tricky at first, but after calling the Customer Service department to speak to someone about my troubleshooting issues I couldn't be more pleased. Both of the representatives that I spoke with were pleasant, courteous. They quickly and thoroughly walked me through the process of fixing our issue. The only side note that I have would be to note how much of the ink should be placed into a cartridge. After speaking to a representative they informed me that we should be using the entire bottle of ink to refill our cartridge but this wasn't evident on the refill instructions. Other than that I am happy with the services! "
