"The website has a feature to enter your VIN number to order the correct part. I used that to order the part, which turned out to be the wrong part number. I needed -80 instead of -40. I sent a response and was issued an RMA. It took several days to wait for a response. In the end, I had to pay to ship the part back and will be charged 20% as a restocking fee, even after I had to order the correct part and pay for shipping to me on top of the shipping I paid for the first part that was ordered because of the VIN search on the website. The prices are reasonable, and the parts are genuine Toyota parts; even after all of this, I saved a few dollars over buying from the dealer, but it was a lot of work to save a few dollars."

"I had ordered a front shield for the passenger side front seat and after putting in my VIN# and interior color # you would think their system would confirm the correct part but it didn't. So, I had to get an RMA# and pack it back up to ship back at my expense and reorder a new part within a 3 weeks the part increase in cost by 24%!! Then they got the return and only credited me for the part itself not the shipping. I just called to talk to the RMA department and after waiting on the line for 20 minutes I was told that they waived the restocking fee but not the original shipping cost. I could understand this if I wasn't purchasing anything else but I did purchase and it cost me more. Needless to say I will not be ordering any parts from this site again and do not recommend you do either unless you know 100% you are getting the correct part and at a good price. "
