I made her do all the research on the replacement, dealer, after market, Amazon ...She found you site and the cost was much lower than the price listed on the dealer website so she ordered it. A few update email later and it came. She is going to Montreal this weekend and wanted the car to be whole for the trip for police and safety reasons. The email kept her from bugging me every five minutes for updates on the arrival. Good job and thanks. "

But then I tried to get clarification of this concern and communications stopped I have not yet received an email acknowledging that my order has been shipped. The money has been charged against my credit card but otherwise no further communications."
