"Apparently this vendor’s website indicates that you will be getting a confirmation email as soon as order placed. NOT true. Your credit card will be charged immediately, then after you enquire why(email only) haven’t I received a confirmation or any way to actually prove that you’ve placed an order(other than your credit card being charged) they respond a day or 2 later, then send you a copy of 2 emails they claim they previously sent you. Then suggest that they’ve been waiting for confirmation email from you. Bizarre. Not good with communication. Go on to the next guy. Vendor fix your website & customer experience.
