After a week’s wait I was prompted with an email to review Toyotapartsdirect.ca to which I replied that I have not received an order nor shipping confirmation. After several emails they sent me a refund saying a part I ordered was not available and had no expected restocking time. Disappointed to say the least, not in the lack of obtaining the part but how I had to inquire myself after being asked to review the service provided. Irony. I don’t usually leave reviews, but in this case at least I can deliver. "
"I wanted to purchase a Toyota part and placed my order. Emails said it would take time to fulfill the order, no problem. I waited patiently for 2 weeks with no email. Went through the chatbot to find an update. Was redirected to call. I call and it goes to voicemail, I left a message inquiring about my order. 3 days later still no callback. I get on the chat to initiate the refund. Refund sent.
If you don't have the product, don't let the order go through. The whole experience of shopping on this site was a waste of my time and I still don't have my part."
