I could not believe it but, several days after my order was received and acknowledged, the seller, Olivia E indicated that the order was cancelled because the person for whom she was selling the item changed her/his mind and decided to keep the item for a family member. Needless to say, I will not be using Tradesy again.

"Tradsey is a great site and when sellers act with integrity it is great. When sellers do not, it makes a buyer literally want to deactivate their account! My first purchase was amazing. I still love my bag to date. My second purchase was a total con job! The bag may be authentic but the seller intentionally sold me the wrong size LV. There was no oversight. I wouldn't doubt if she has the same bags on multiple sites trying to fish for the most money and then sends some sob story note after cheating the buyer out of their product. I'm so glad I use PayPal! Internet buying can be scammy!"

"I found the website easy to use. However, I feel there are some adjustments that could be made. In the listings, some items did not have the size of the handbag, and there was a consistent usage of the wrong way to list the size of the item.
Be it known, all handbags should list sizing as: Length, Height, and depth (which is from front to back). On a handbag, length and width can be construed as the same.
Other than this, I truly enjoyed surfing through the website. I am looking forward to receiving my first purchase."

"I have yet to receive an authentic item from Tradesy. Tradesy is full of fakes and frauds.
I can not, in good conscience recommend Tradesy after spending so much money, only to receive fake, knock off handbags.
After the the 1st purchase turned out to be fake, I should have known better. But, I bought two more items. BOTH FAKE!
Don't be like me, just save your money and make sure you are buying the real thing.
You only have 4 days to return an item. I purchase a lot of clothing and handbags, before I even got around to looking these items, much less using them, the return window had expired.
IMHO, I think Tradesy knows fake merchandise gets sold on their site, but they just don't care. "

"I ordered a pair of fairly expensive sunglasses. The seller claimed to have shipped the item, but the USPS tracking number they provided only showed a label had been printed for First class mail on September 6. It's now September 15, and the item has not arrived. Not only has it not arrived, both the seller and Tradesy support have been non-responsive. After the seller's misrepresentation on when they allegedly shipped the glasses, I have a hard time believing they'd be authentic, IF they ever do get around to shipping them.

"Stealing From Sellers!
I have been a seller from a long time. I noticed some of my items being sold was to buyers that have never bought before. After tracing the items, I found that Tradesy is actually marking down my items and reselling them off their site for a lot more than what they paid! These are brand new so there was not a problem with the items and they did not show as returned. They are making lots of money this way. Sellers beware!!
