"Am not the type to purchase anything used online for fear that just my luck I will run into someone trying to scam me. Also over the years I tend to take my own used items to the flea market and literally get only pennies on the dollar for very high end items.
Well, with regards to my own items, I am sick to my stomach (Lol!) because my stuff sells easily on Tradesy and for a nice amount of money, so wish I had known about Tradesy sooner. I am sick thinking of all the high end items that I literally gave away at the flea market- oh well hopefully someone enjoyed the items they stole from me- Lol! The selling process is sooo user friendly from beginning to end, that I am constantly telling friends that they need to get into the Tradesy trend!
As far as purchases on Tradesy, I love the ease of searching and saving favorites, and the fact that there are many many thousands of items to choose from with constant refresh of new items. Once purchased the item arrives literally in a few days. Just made my largest purchase today, am excited and although nervous, I feel relatively safe knowing that Tradesy stands behind every purchase."

"I sold a LV bag which was in really good shape it was made in 1996, I purchased the bag on Tradsey and used it a few times. The buyer sent the bag back because she said it was not real but of course the bag was real. Tradsey has a return policy for buyers 10 days anything after the buyer will receive a site credit and the seller will receive the funds for the sale. Well Tradsey released my funds and then stopped the funds from being sent to my bank account and why did Tradsey do that because the buyer sent the item back in 11 days not 10 days as stated by the customer service rep. Well who is at a loss her the seller I paid $28.00 for shipping btw I shipped the next day. I waited until today to get an answer from Tradsey I did not describe the bag correctly. Not fair after waiting for funds from July 31st don't sell on this site it is Not Good"

"I have sold 3 different times on this site. They hold your money forever, it has been over 14 days since my purse sold and they have held the money. The buyer has the purse for over 9 days and they still hold the money. They do not care I have left email no response. They do not care. This company will let you sell then they do not worry about you getting your money."

"The customer service for this site is non existent. I recently purchased a bracelet on there that does not match the description or the picture listed whatsoever. It was supposed to be yellow gold with opal crystals. I received a rose gold with regular crystal bracelet. I tried to return the day I received, then tried to file a misrepresentation claim the following day. I've been passed around from representative to representative with no resolution in sight. They sent me to different departments with no update on any of the misrepresentation claims I've filed. Don't waste your time here, you're better off just going to ebay or joining a resale group on facebook."

For future reference, if you have received an item that was not as described, we would advise filing a misrepresentation claim within 4 days from the delivery date to be reviewed by our team. If the item was accurately described, a site credit would be issued to your account. However if our team finds that it was indeed misrepresented by the seller, a full refund to your original payment source would be issued. If you are outside of that time frame, a return request can no longer be submitted.

"Although I find the prices for many items on Tradesy too high (at least for a major bargain-hunter like me), I always find a great bargain; I have purchased, for example, two pairs of new or like-new Cole Haan shoes, one pair for less than $30 and the other for less than $35, shipping included. One time I purchased a blouse which the seller had listed (whether intentionally or by mistake) as being 100% silk, but it turned out to be 100% polyester. Tradesy refunded my money promptly. I recommend this site to others!"
