I sent a very polite email stating that I liked that the product was as advertised. my only issue was the little imperfections and a small discount would be greatly appreciated. the response was...nothing! no 'sorry for the inconvenience' or an offer to return it for a fixed dress. ignoring a costumer's concerns is not a very affective way to run a business. never using this company again;("

"Beware - there is a seller that has an authentic Mikimoto clasp, advertises GENTLY USED mikimoto pearls, and notes that the pearls have been restrung. The Clasp looks authentic, but when I compare the strand of pearls to the ones (A grade) that I currently own, these pearls are dull. So, either they are not "gently used", or the pearls are not Mikimoto. I brought this to Tradesy's attention through the return process, but evidently their "expert" claims the markers on the piece are authentic....no refund, only site credit. I guess I don't understand which markers they're using."

"I used to love tradesy - but I had 2 separate orders cancelled by the sellers for accidentally posting the wrong sizes or for the item not actually being available even though my purchase had gone through...these both resulted in refunds. Now I tried to order the same style of shoe from a different seller and I just get a message saying they accidentally sent it to the wrong buyer! It was a 950.00 purchase and they sent it to the wrong buyer??? I'm so extremely disappointed that if they don't rectify the situation then I'll have to find a different site from now on since my selections clearly can't be trusted. Just really really frustrating and disappointing..."

"I purchased an item only to receive notice 3 days later that the seller had cancelled the transaction. The only explanation provided was "listing error, thank you for your patience." The message didn't even clearly indicate that the transaction had been unilaterally cancelled and was more appropriate to being told there would be a delay. It wasn't until I looked up the purchase on my Tradsey account that I could see that the transaction had been cancelled. I looked in the selling information on the site, and found that sellers are, in fact, able to cancel at any time, even after the transaction has been completed. While they are asked to give a reason, there are no acceptable/unacceptable grounds listed provided by Tradesy. In effect, any reason is good enough and the buyer is left with no recourse. Terrible business model. Will not be using again. Buyer Beware."
